HAY FOR HEALTH FUNDRAISER!
HAY YOU! UR_KY has many rescues and shelters under it's umbrella of compassion, and some of them house some devastatingly abused horses and other hooved friends. Good hay is at a premium and is difficult for our rescues to afford quality hay for feed. UR_KY has a wonderful opportunity to buy 100 ROLLS of good quality hay for our horse rescues. AND the wonderful farmer who will sell it to us will sell it for only $25 per huge roll! The average cost per roll for good hay is far more. PLEASE, for every $25. you donate, we can supply a rescue with a roll of hay. And HAY! every penny counts. If just 5 people donate just $5, a horse or other furry friend will eat well for days! Please help if you can, and THANK YOU for any help you can give.

She eventually became fat and sassy, and lived many good months with UR_KY member Kim Brinson, before recently succumbing; you can't do what was done to Gracie and not have health suffer. RIP sweet Gracie....run free and kick up your heels!

EMERGENCY VETTING FUND: URKY always has an animal in need of vetting; be it a puppy with parvo, an elder dog needing surgery, a kitty in trouble, or any animal who needs care, we try to be there to help. UR_KY's WARM FUZZIES FOR FUZZY FRIENDS campaign is gearing back up. THOUSANDS of pounds of your clean, gently used or new quilts, blankets, towels, dog and cat food, bowls, beds, leashes and collars, Nylabones and Kong toys, crates, carriers, bleaches and more were donated last year and distributed to many, many UR_KY shelter and rescue members.
